As sad as this is to admit it doesn't take away from our excitement! In the 5 1/2 years Jarron and I have been married we haven't EVER had a garden... see I said it was sad. Well, it all changed this year! We have started out slow...very slow. My mom gave us 2 tomato plants and I was sure that I would kill them but I actually haven't and on Sunday we saw the 1st fruits of our labor and had to take a picture!

I'm so jealous! We have two dozen tomaters growing, but none are that ready. Congrats, it is always so exciting when you grow something. Ryan called like 5 people when we got our first pepper. Good job Salena for not killing your plants!

YEA!!! Congradulations for your tomato plant. Last year I grew some in a planter barrel and it was so great to see the little things growing (I unfortunately chose cherry tomatos, so I didnt very much). I didnt grow anything this year, I just cant wait until I have an actual garden some day.
